Requirements for India passport holder:
- Complete and signed form
- Yellow fever certificate
- One passport size photo
- Copy of return ticket
- Passport validity for more than 6 months
Note: British, Kenyan, Uganda, Tanzania passport holders do not need visa if staying for less than 30 days. But you should be in possession of the following:
- Yellow fever certificate
- Confirmed hotel booking
- Passport validity 6 months
- Sufficient funds

Requirements for Sri-Lankan Passport holder:
- Passport validity for more than 6 months
- Valid Yellow fever certificate
- Application form fully filled by the applicant
- One passport size color photo
- Cover letter to be e-mailed to the Embassy by the employer
- Invitation letter to be e-mailed directly to the Embassy
- Applicants bank statements for 3 months certified by the bank.
