Collection of visas from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Requirements:
- Two passport size photos most recent
- Yellow fever certificate
- Passport should have one clear page
- Ticket printout
- Two addresses in Kenya and two in India.
- For business purpose a letter of invitation is required from India.
- It takes 2 days to process
- Letter from the applicant: for tourism letter mentioning reason and dates of travel also places to be visited. (Also mention on the letter that you authorize us-holiday bazaar to submit the application on your behalf).
- For business: letter from the company with the same information as above.
Please NOTE all visa applied for should be done personally
Visa Fees:
US passport holder: KSh 5,700
UK passport holder: Ksh 12,300
Kenyan passport holder: Ksh 3,800
Additional Fees of KSh 200 will be charged in each case towards Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF)
